Accuracy of Information:
Travelers must not provide incorrect information to islandsrilanka.co.uk “the site” and or our activity operators. Doing so might result in cancellation of the activity without any refund.
We want all our travelers to have an enjoyable, carefree holiday. But you must remember that you are responsible for your actions and the effect they may have on others. Islandsrilanka.co.uk ( will have no liability to you for any injury, loss or damage you suffer during the activities.
If your actions upset, annoy or disturb other travelers or operator’s staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property or if you are delaying the departure, or you are unfit to travel, the operator has the right to end your tour and terminate your contract. You and your traveling party will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any other costs you have paid.
Cancellation By You:
Travelers have to give us the notice to cancel their tour in an e-mail within the allowed dates as per the tour’s terms and conditions and we shall refund the activity cost.
If You Have a Complaint:
We aim to provide the best experience possible. However, if you are not satisfied please complain as soon as possible to the relevant person (for example, the activity manager). If they cannot help, you must contact us on email@example.com
The prices advertises on the sites are guide price only .the actual price that you will be paying for the particular tour of your choice will be different to the price that we will confirm with your bookings.
We will quote a price for your tour after taking all the travel logistics and your requirements in to consideration.
After activity confirmation, if you have any balance amount that needs to be paid, the balance amount shall be paid directly to the operator before the commencement of the activity.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
